Managing Director, Mrs. Kanika Talwar, is an Immigration Lawyer and IRCC member,
bringing a global, future-oriented perspective to The Genius Squad’s mission. Her
international exposure as a Canadian citizen helps shape the organisation’s focus on building strong academic foundations that also align with global standards and opportunities. Kanika
ensures that The Genius Squad’s online tutoring ecosystem is structured, ethical and
student-centric, with clear processes, trained tutors and a safe, supportive environment for children. She strongly advocates personalised learning, believing that every child deserves mentorship tailored to their pace, strengths and aspirations. With her legal and immigration
background, she understands the academic expectations of competitive exams, international education pathways and overseas admissions, channelling this insight into long-term planning
for students.
As the MD, Mrs. Kanika Talwar works closely with the academic and operations teams to
maintain quality, transparency and results-driven learning experiences for families trusting The Genius Squad with their child’s education.
