CLASSROOM GUIDELINES

Thank you for choosing The Genius Squad. To ensure a smooth and effective learning experience, please review and follow our guidelines below:

1. Schedule Adherence

Please stick to the agreed-upon class times. If you need to add extra sessions, let us know at least 12 hours in advance so we can try to make the necessary arrangements, in case of emergencies. In such cases, we will provide any tutor depending on the availability for the given time.

2. Cancellation Policy

We kindly request 12 hours prior notice for any class cancellations. We understand that emergencies happen, but cancellations made at the last minute (within 12 hours of the start time) will incur a charge for the full lesson

3. Late Arrival

If a student joins a class late, the session will end at the originally scheduled time. Tutors cannot extend the class to compensate for late arrivals due to their tight schedules.

4. Monthly Package

The client must adhere to their monthly package. In case of cancellation, kindly reschedule within the same month. All enrolled classes must be completed within the designated payment plan period.

5. Rescheduling Policy

Classes can be rescheduled with a minimum of 4 hours prior notice. Last-minute rescheduling (less than 4 hours) or no-shows will be charged.

6. No Refund Policy

There is no provision for refunds or cancellation once the fee is paid. We offer a free trial class so that the parents are completely satisfied before enrolling for the sessions.
